The form

When you fill in the form, I get what you typed: your name, your email, what you sell and, if you give one, the address of your current site. Nothing else is collected.

I use it for one thing: to look at what you sell, build the preview and reply. That's the legal basis, steps you asked for before any contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

The form is handled by Netlify Forms, which stores the submission and emails it to my inbox at Google. Both are US companies; the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

I keep it while we're talking and, if we work together, for the project. If nothing comes of it, it's deleted within a year. Ask and it goes sooner.

Email and calls

If you write to me directly, the same applies: I use your message to reply, and it lives in my inbox at Google. Booking a call happens on Cal.com, under their notice; this site only links there.

Hosting

The site is served by Netlify. Like any web server, it logs the IP address of each request for security and to keep the site up, briefly and on Netlify's terms (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). I don't see or use those logs.

Counting visits

I count visits with Umami: which pages are opened, from where roughly (country, referrer), and a few clicks that tell me whether the site works, such as which demo gets opened and whether the form gets sent. No cookies, no fingerprint, nothing that identifies you: your IP address is not stored, and the script honours your browser's Do Not Track setting. Umami Software hosts the counts (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

None. No pixels, no other third-party scripts, no fonts fetched from anyone else. Three things are kept in your own browser and never leave it: your light/dark choice and your language, if you pick them, and a one-word note that the opening animation has played this session.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restricted, handed over, or object to my using it. Email me and it's done. If you think I've got something wrong, you can complain to the Italian authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
